ABOUT ABOUT

Join us for the 3rd Annual Healthbridge Chiropractic fundraising event on Wednesday, June 28th, 2017, from 6-9 p.m. at the Simeone Foundation Auto Museum in Southwest Philadelphia, showcasing Dr. Frederic Simeone’s spectacular collection of antique racing cars valued at over $600M. For the third year in a row, proceeds from this event will benefit the park revitalization and youth development work of Urban Roots and Connor Barwin’s Make the World Better Foundation (MTWB).

The event will feature hand selected wines from E&J Gallo Winery paired with dinner and dessert bites catered by Bryces Catering. Special guests will include LA Rams linebacker Connor Barwin, Philadelphia Eagles Center Jason Kelce as well as other members of the Philadelphia Eagles organization.

In a short period of time, Urban Roots and MTWB successfully completed their first park and community revitalization project at Ralph Brooks Park, construction is underway at Smith Playground, and conceptual designs are in the work for Waterloo Playground. As the City of Philadelphia prepares for large-scale reinvestments in public spaces through the Rebuild Initiative, Waterloo is positioned to be a banner development project, with a dynamic multi-disciplinary design team and a deeply community-engaged process that involves working closely with resident stakeholders and neighborhood youth.

The successes and forward momentum of these park revitalization projects have been made possible with generous support from Healthbridge Chiropractic and friends, who have collectively contributed $45K over the last two years through this annual event!

Along with Urban Roots and MTWB, Healthbridge Chiropractic believes in creating a positive social impact on the communities we serve. We are proud to support these important community development projects that improve the quality of life of Philadelphians across our city. Your support will help transform parks like Waterloo Playground that are essential neighborhood resources and hubs for community health and wellness.
